To rectify this, an artificial hill is being sculpted at the southern end of the park, offering sweeping vistas of the azure waters. At the heart of the center lies the Agora, a vibrant public space seamlessly integrating the opera house and library. A photovoltaic canopy roof harnesses solar energy, generating enough power to sustain the library and opera house during normal operating hours. A LEED platinum rating underscores its dedication to environmental stewardship, setting a new standard for eco-friendly architecture in the region.

The park’s design emphasizes its connection with the waterfront, featuring a new canal alongside the main pedestrian axis, the Esplanade.
