Introduction

Situated in Hanoi, Vietnam, HIGHCOMMERCE is a dynamic digital agency renowned for its creativity and innovation. Tasked with designing and building their office space, DPLUS Vietnam embarked on a mission to create an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and productivity for up to 140 employees.

Design Concept

Dubbed the “Vietnamese Transparent Box,” the design concept merges modern and contemporary styles, reflecting the company’s culture of hustle, creativity, and transparency. The office layout is divided into three main segments: the entrance, functional area, and individual workspaces, all adorned in HighCommerce’s brand colors of orange, red, and white.

Hustle

The entrance serves as the embodiment of hustle, featuring a zigzag-shaped corridor that guides visitors through different spaces, leaving a lasting impression of the brand’s dynamic spirit. The corridor design symbolizes the energetic movement and flow within the office, instilling a sense of excitement and momentum from the moment one enters.

Creative

The pantry area, designed as a multifunctional coffee shop, encourages creativity and relaxation. Inspired by HighCommerce’s coffee culture, it offers amenities such as a coffee machine, bookshelves, and a football table for informal meetings and team gatherings. Each functional room, named after a type of coffee, contributes to the vibrant and innovative atmosphere.

Transparency

Individual workspaces are characterized by openness, simplicity, and transparency, reflecting the company’s commitment to a collaborative culture. Glass partitions with brand-colored decals ensure privacy without sacrificing transparency, while transparent tree boxes serve as unique department dividers, adding visual interest to the workspace.

Unique Elements

Graphic details inspired by traditional Vietnamese motifs, such as cranes, dragons, and clouds, adorn various areas of the office, adding cultural richness and depth to the space. These elements, influenced by the Ly Dynasty’s patterns, infuse the office with a sense of heritage and identity.

Conclusion

The HIGHCOMMERCE Office by DPLUS Vietnam epitomizes a harmonious blend of modern design and traditional influences, creating a dynamic and engaging workspace that reflects the company’s ethos. By prioritizing creativity, collaboration, and transparency, the office inspires employees to innovate, collaborate, and thrive as thought leaders in the digital landscape.
