Located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, the ‘Episode Seongsu 101’ is a co-living housing brand developed by SK D&D. Joongho Choi Studio was tasked with designing strategies for residential spaces and community lounges within the Episode.

The Episode lounge prioritizes versatility and flexibility to facilitate communication and interaction among residents and non-residents alike.
